1. How to Return an Item

You can start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. We count from the day you got the package, so let’s keep things simple and fair!

1.2 What Needs to Be Returned
  • Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and seals intact.
  • No Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” (like gift cards or special bundles) can’t be returned or exchanged. These are one-time deals!

Pack It Up: Put the item back in its original packaging. Include a note with your order number, RMA, and why you’re returning it. This helps us process your return faster!

2. Getting Your Money Back

2.1 How Long It Takes

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll email you to let you know if it’s approved. If all looks good, your refund will hit your original payment method within 14 business days.

Gift Card Returns: If you bought something with a gift card, we’ll send you a new digital gift card code to your email.

2.2 Some Exceptions

Shipping Costs: You’re on the hook for return shipping, unless it’s our fault (like a damaged or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items: If you got a dud, let us know right away. Send us photos or a video, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll cover the cost of returning the item and send you a replacement or refund.

You can exchange non-Final Sale items within the 30-day window. Here’s what to do:

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

4. What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items with broken seals or opened packaging.
  • Products returned after the 30-day deadline.
  • Final Sale items (like gift cards or special offers).

5. Keeping Things Fair

Multiple Returns: We reserve the right to limit returns if someone’s constantly sending stuff back for reasons other than quality issues.

Unauthorized Returns: If you send a return without asking first, it might get refused. If we accept it, you might get charged a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item’s value).
